My 5-star experience began when I had a conversation with the owner of Design Air, Courtney Eston. He explained his process for cleaning residential ductwork in a way a layman could understand. He described their equipment and what his technicians would do when cleaning the ducts, in a way I could visualize. He answered my questions professionally and was not high pressure. The technician Coby, who performed the cleaning, was very professional and courteous and polite when cleaning the ducts in our apartment. He won my wife over with his manners and wearing booties on the carpet. He was careful moving his equipment in and out and moving his ladder, etc. Watching Coby work was exactly like the process Mr. Eston had described in our conversation. It was a good experience.
